You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and intimate wear cannot be returned once worn or tried.

  • Any customized or clearance sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Items returned after 15 days

  • Products without original tags/packaging

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or wrongly sent).

    • The returned product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

    • All original tags and packaging are intact.

    • The item is not from our non-refundable categories (see below).

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Used, worn, or washed products

    • Undergarments or intimate wear once worn or tried (due to hygiene concerns)

    • Customized or sale/discounted items

    • Items returned after 15 days

    🔁 Refund Options

    Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive one of the following:

    1. Store Credit: Valid for 90 days – can be used for any future purchase.

    2. Replacement: For size issues or product defects (subject to availability).

    3. Cash Refund (only in special cases):

      • If the item delivered was wrong or defective, and replacement is not available

      • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account

    Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
